Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges
BetterWall wants you to be pleased with your purchase! We offer full refund or exchange of your banner within 30 days of your purchase. We provide FREE shipping for returns within the US. Our return/exchange policy is limited to one banner at a time.

Please contact us at info@betterwall.com or 720.515.9334 if you would like to make a return or exchange and we will provide a UPS shipping label for your free return shipping.

Since we take great care and time to prepare each banner, we encourage you to pick your favorite banner rather than ordering several and keeping only one. If your don't love the banner you pick, we'll pay for the return shipping and you can pick another one and we'll ship it free...with free returns!

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at amy@betterwall.com.
