Collection: Olafur Eliasson

Danish-born artist Olafur Eliasson (b. 1967) studied at the Royal Danish Academy or Art. He then went on to work in Brooklyn as an assistant to Canadian artist Christian Eckhart, spent many years working in Iceland, and now lives and works in Berlin. His work with the Icelandic architect Einar Thorsteinn greatly influenced his work and led him to explore large-scale installation pieces and play with the visual powers of light and geometry.
